Officers Needed
A DRPSD Officer Position is awaiting you
Join the Derp Side and you can become an officer allowing you to have control over your clan destiny in Clan Wars. Prove you have what it takes and earn a piece of the pie.
The DRPSD will pay officers a percentage of it's clan war's gold earnings and shares those winnings publicly. The preliminary payout will help those that defend the clan, but is also intended to ensure the officers are provided with compensation, even if they are not able to assist in the land battle. This will ensure the quick and continual growth of the DRPSD, and guarantee our success when we reach the Clan Wars.
As we battle for land on the map, we will be able to payout the teams that are able to strategically and tactically take seize the best opportunities. This also means we will be able to reward our clan members that are not able to assist in the direct clan battles, but that which supports it by earning resources for assisted attacks.
Our initial break out plan is as follows:
- Field Commander Payout - 50%
- This is split evenly between all Field Commanders to decide how to pay out to all Team Players
- Reserve Support - 30%
- This is to support resource supplies and the reserves and members that replenish it
- Officer Support - 20%
- This will be divided up by clan activity for officers for their assigned duties

Field Commander August 2016 Skirmish Rewards
Gold for Field Commanders in Skirmishes throughout August!
Clan growth and building team dynamics is critical for us to move forward. This requires effective Field Commanders, often referred to as "Callers". In order to optimize clan performance and growth as well as the players growth some limitations apply to the skirmish and its submission for the reward. Accomplishing the following 5 times will earn the member
500 Gold!
Requirements for the month of August 2016 are as follows:
- Must be the Field Commander for submission
- Submission must be a victory Screen Shot of Resources earned by team member
- Bonus Reward of 1000 Gold if screenshots include battle with at least 3 legionaries that are DRPSD members by September first
- One submission per day
Hopefully as a Field Commander you lead the team to multiple victories and if so please try and submit the best victory you had with that formed team (unless submitting for legionnaire bonus). Different teams Field commanders may have no more than 3 same players for a daily submission (that is considered the same team for submission).

Clan Members Positions

Officers are Loyal
The clan will need loyal members that want to see The Derp Side grow. We are all about helping clan members and giving them benefits, but to become and officer you need to show you will need to prove you are in it for the long haul.Soon we will begin building our stronghold and we need players that encourage this growth and clan participation. Are you one of these players?
You might make a great Personal Officer.
Other roles will open up as well and as the clan becomes self sustaining (participating in clan wars), part of the earnings will go to officers. The bulk of the earnings will go to those that actually participate in the clan wars, but officers have the will power to keep us going and build clan spirit. For this they will be rewarded.
The numbers will not be worked out until we are able to secure some positioning on the clan map and have a baseline of income. Don't get too caught up in it though. At first it will not be much, but if we become good all officers will have very lucrative positions without even battling, however battles will be a requirement to maintain position and status.
This is all down the road though.
In the meantime, learn about clans in wargaming by browsing their site. A good way to learn tactics and how things work is to join a Team battle. During the off battles ask about clans and of course try and recruit non clan members.

Using MODs
At this time the clan does not have a defined MOD package for use. It is recommended that the MOD package from aslain be used. It offers an easy selection process for each MOD and will fully remove itself. It also includes XVM data and numerous configurations for display of the data.
In the near future the clan will offer a simple walk-through explaining the usage of the MOD files, what they are, and how they can benefit your game.

Recruiting Contest
Win Gold for most recruits in July.
All recruitment officers are automatically entered into the recruitment contest. To qualify the recruiter must successfully recruit at least 10 recruits in the month of July 2016. The recruiter with the most recruits in the month of July will receive 3000 Gold!
A successful recruit is an active member of the clan. The new recruit must stay as a member of DRPSD for the following month (August 2016) and earn at least 1 resource (i.e. participate in at least one skirmish by the end of August). Recruit must have at least 1 thousand battles at time of recruitment. Recruit must have at least 600 Wn8. Microphone preferred but not required. Must have in game coms turned on. Ties will be split. If interested, and you are not a Recruitment officer contact N_tro_P about being promoted or joining The Derp Side. [DRPSD]

Amazing job on recruitment! A total of 34 players were recruited during the month of July. While great work I think we can do even better in August. It looks like Poopin_Bladidee will be our winner, but the recruits must still fulfill the requirements in order to receive the award (specifically they need to participate in a skirmish).
