A DRPSD Officer Position is awaiting you

Join the Derp Side and you can become an officer allowing you to have control over your clan destiny in Clan Wars. Prove you have what it takes and earn a piece of the pie.

The DRPSD will pay officers a percentage of it's clan war's gold earnings and shares those winnings publicly. The preliminary payout will help those that defend the clan, but is also intended to ensure the officers are provided with compensation, even if they are not able to assist in the land battle. This will ensure the quick and continual growth of the DRPSD, and guarantee our success when we reach the Clan Wars.

As we battle for land on the map, we will be able to payout the teams that are able to strategically and tactically take seize the best opportunities. This also means we will be able to reward our clan members that are not able to assist in the direct clan battles, but that which supports it by earning resources for assisted attacks.

Our initial break out plan is as follows:

• Field Commander Payout - 50%
• This is split evenly between all Field Commanders to decide how to pay out to all Team Players
• Reserve Support - 30%
• This is to support resource supplies and the reserves and members that replenish it
• Officer Support - 20%
• This will be divided up by clan activity for officers for their assigned duties
